Refund Policy

We always try to give the best product to our customers and always stand behind our products and are responsible of what we deliver. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us and we will try our best to resolve any issues that our customers are facing.
Our products are digital products that can be downloaded easily after the payment and we dont have any control over our products after download. Thats why we dont offer any returns.
Once you have purchased any product from mashrique.com, there are no refunds. Digital files are not returnable.

However, there are few scenarios where you can claim for an exchange OR for a refund as well. These are:
- If you have changed your mind before downloading the product.
- If the product is not as it describes.
- If the product is not printable due to any error.
Note: No refunds will be issue if the product can be fixed. we will fix the issue without any extra cost.
Refund requests received after purchasing and downloading our products are handled manually and decisions will be made at our sole discretion. You are eligible to claim for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Our digital services such as 3d CAD designing, Stl File Fixing, STL to CAD file conversion service are solely based on custom order by the customer and thats why there is no way of any type of refund or exchange unless the services were not delivered as it describes or discussed with the client.
